Coaching + Strategy

We offer both individual and team coaching and advisory services

We believe we are in twin-seismic shifts impacting communication - the demographic shift and the digital revolution - institution building MUST be conscious of these effects and all of our tools factor these shifts into our work. We believe a lot of workplace and community friction is driven by our current lack of skills for managing power, trade-offs, conflict, and anti-Blackness across multicultural communities.

Leadership Coaching
Weekly or Bi-Weekly

Sessions that support a client in both learning about power and exploring the specific situations they are confronting. This coaching starts with an initial design of a leader's personal values and training on the basics of power to support them in decision making and skill-acquisition as they move forward. This takes 4 weeks/hours and sessions progress into client selection. Sessions must be booked 4 at a time.

Team Leadership Coaching
Weekly or Bi-Weekly

We work with executive teams to make sure they have an understanding of their purpose and how they want to work together as a team. Team leadership coaching starts with a training phase in which the team learns new language to manage and collaborate with. Then we transition to addressing team needs and participating in meetings run by the team utilizing those tools. Together we develop a management ethos you run through your entire institution.

Strategic Advising:

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to support a client on strategic initiatives at your organization. The focus of these sessions is to talk through content, set-up, and/or strategic opportunities of a particular issue. I am best deployed in issues at the intersections of race, power, technology, business, representation, department/organization design, anti-Blackness in non-Black Latinx communities, Latinx erasure, and leadership.
